THEORY OF CHANGE
We are committed to developing young minds through access to the outdoors. We evidence this through our own "Theory of Change" model.

We have identified the following areas as important to young peoples personal development:

-
Resilience & Self Confidence
-
Teamwork & Cohesion
-
Independence & Self-reflection

We expect our residentials to help improve these traits and create strong character.
Using data collected before and after a residential school trip, we create a bespoke report for your students to show areas they improved on or struggled with during the experience. Having these reports can help evidence what all educators already know to be true; outdoor experiences help young people grow and thrive.
Speak to your booking coordinator about producing a Theory of Change report for your students. Download our full Theory of Change outline below.
