FEBRUARY
Pushing Boundaries
Try something new this month! Get outside your personal comfort zone and challenge yourself. Build resilience by hiking a little further, climbing a little higher or running a little faster.

MARCH
Wellness
The outdoors can regulate emotions, encourage wellbeing, and improve mental health. How does getting out in nature help you feel a sense of wellbeing?

APRIL
Conservation and Community
What do you do for your community? Whether is volunteering, participating in clubs or something as simple as a litter pick, we want to celebrate community.

MAY
Inclusivity
The outdoors is for everyone, regardless of age, race, gender or size. We want to celebrate inclusivity with a celebration of our differences, and our common connection; love for the outdoors.

JUNE
Journeys
By foot, by bike, by canoe or by train - where will your journeys take you this month? The outdoors can take you all over the world, or just getting to know your own neighbourhood a little better.
