Our main room, the Dining Hall, is a large versatile space that can comfortably seat up to 120 guests with servery style catering, a licensed bar and projector & audio equipment. We also have two smaller meeting spaces that can accommodate between 20 - 40 depending on the seating styles. A fixed amount of tables and chairs are provided.

Mount Cook offers en-suite accommodation for up to 140 guests in modern bedrooms, and a further 40 guests in our unique glamping pods. Included in the exclusive hire agreement, groups will have access to all accommodation and complimentary bedding. Two accessible bedrooms are also available on the ground floor. 


Add a completely unique element to your event or function with some adventurous activities! From scaling great heights on our High Ropes course to learning fire-lighting techniques with Bush Craft. There's something for everyone! We can create a bespoke programme of activities which will work around the timings of your event. 

Introducing our Tipi

NEW for 2020/2021! We have installed a beautiful 40 person (seated) Tipi onsite which is included in all of our wedding packages.
