COVID-19 RESOURCES

With the latest government guidelines released, we are currently open in accordance with the national roadmap to re-opening.

As always, our biggest priorities at the moment are ensuring both the welfare of our staff and our guests during outdoor activities or residential trips. If you have any questions on how our changes will affect your visit, please don't hesitate to contact our team on the details below. We look forward to welcoming you back!

Our methodology

COVID-19 risk assessment

It’s vital that we continue to take care of our staff and customers, protect our organisation, and reduce the risk of spreading the infection. We will achieve this through our three C's approach:

If you have any further points you would like to discuss then please don't hesitate to email us on explore@mountcook.uk

Changes we have made...

Signage to encourage social distancing
Staff lateral flow tested if requested and for vulnerable groups
Hand sanitation points around the site and at each activity

What can I do to stay safe?

Mount Cook will provide all the safety equipment and hand washing materials groups need. We do not require guests to wear masks, as per current government guidelines. However, please feel free to bring your own mask to wear in public spaces if it makes you feel more comfortable.

We encourage guests to test for Covid-19 before arriving at Mount Cook wherever possible, and remain vigilant for symptoms.
